Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous office or administrative experience required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information

  • HR experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and terminations
  • Troubleshoot system access and user issues (Dealertrack, OEM platforms, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Assist with benefits coordination and employee support
  • Provide general HR administrative support across multiple locations
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of HR documentation
  • Support internal communication and follow-up on HR-related tasks
