About The Position

DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking a dependable and motivated Houseperson to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of hotel public areas while supporting the Housekeeping team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role involves hands-on cleaning and maintenance of common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, fitness centers, and other guest and associate spaces. The Houseperson also collects and transports linens and trash, replenishes housekeeping supplies, assists with guestroom preparations, delivers guest amenities, and performs special cleaning projects as needed.

Successful candidates have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel environment. The position requires comfort with physically active tasks, assisting guests and fellow associates, organizing supplies, and responding promptly to housekeeping and guest-service needs. Strong time management and organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are important for success.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel public and common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, fitness centers, and other guest and associate spaces.
• Collect and transport linens and trash.

• Deliver guest amenities.
