About The Position
Homewood Suites by Hilton/Cleveland-Beachwood is seeking a Houseperson to maintain the cleanliness and general appearance of the hotel’s public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms. The role also supports room attendants and assists with housekeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
Requirements
- Hotel housekeeping experience.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Great customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms.
- Clean rugs and carpets.
- Maintain storage closets with linens, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Assist in stocking room attendants’ carts with supplies.
- Assist with housekeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
