About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations at Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort, including room cleaning, public-area maintenance, and laundry. The role leads and supports housekeeping staff, inspects work for cleanliness and quality, coordinates with other departments, manages supplies and equipment, and helps schedule shifts. The supervisor also responds to guest inquiries and complaints and upholds safety and sanitation standards to provide a clean, welcoming environment and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
