About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations at Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort, helping deliver memorable guest experiences through clean, ready rooms and public areas. The supervisor leads, trains, oversees, and evaluates Room Attendants and Housepersons; manages room readiness and operational logistics; coordinates repair needs with Engineering and Property Operations; and supports frontline housekeeping duties when needed. The role also responds to guests’ special needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Assign, inspect, and verify room status, and promptly report discrepancies.
• Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance needs with Engineering and Property Operations.
• Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels.
• Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
