About The Position

The Director of Housekeeping leads the housekeeping function at Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort, overseeing operations and the delivery of memorable guest experiences. The role is responsible for operational systems, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation, while maintaining cleanliness, service, and product quality standards throughout the property. The Director also collaborates with Property Operations and other departments on facility improvement projects and develops a high-performing, engaged team.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of Housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
• Oversee and uphold cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Partner with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects.
• Drive team engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, particularly regarding the proper use of chemicals and cleaning supplies.
