Bilingual 2nd Shift Housekeeping Supervisor (Spanish/English)
About The Position
Allegiance is hiring a Bilingual 2nd Shift Housekeeping Supervisor for a manufacturing facility in Louisville, Kentucky. The supervisor leads an assigned building or area and ensures the facility remains clean and meets expectations. The role assists with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising departmental functions and activities; enforces custodial workflows; and communicates with clients and facility personnel to ensure their custodial-contract needs are met. The supervisor also demonstrates and promotes the company’s culture, values, and management philosophy. Other duties may be assigned. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The listed pay is $18.50 per hour. On-the-job training is provided.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
- Experience managing custodial operations.
- Proven experience motivating and training staff.
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong service and quality mindset.
- Professionalism.
- Proven computer skills.
- Must have own transportation.
- Must have a valid and updated Kentucky driver’s license.

- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
