About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor directs and inspects the work of Housekeepers and Housemen, ensuring that quality and cleanliness standards are met. The role ensures the Quality Assurance (QA) process is followed to achieve appropriate cleanliness and quality levels, and supports Loss Prevention and safety procedures. The supervisor also supports Housekeeping and Resort Leaders with staffing and scheduling to maximize productivity.

Requirements

• One year of related housekeeping experience.

• One year of hospitality customer service experience in the discipline.
