About The Position

Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations at its 62-acre oceanfront resort on Hawaii’s Big Island. The supervisor helps ensure cleanliness and quality in guest rooms and public areas, maintains room readiness and operational logistics, coordinates maintenance needs, and supports the housekeeping team in delivering memorable guest experiences. The role is temporary and full-time, with availability required for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas.
Assign, inspect, and verify room status, promptly reporting discrepancies.
Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program.
Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues.
Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson duties as needed to maintain service levels.
Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
