About The Position

The Housekeeping Specialist is responsible for keeping assigned apartments and common areas clean and neat. The role involves general housekeeping in apartments, hallways, and common areas, following priorities set by the supervisor, maintaining equipment and supplies, and using golf carts safely. The position is full time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Maintain member confidentiality at all times.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, clean bathrooms and kitchens, and dust cleared flat surfaces in apartments.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in hallways and common areas as directed by the supervisor.
• Complete work according to the priorities set by the supervisor.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Use golf carts safely.
• Maintain member confidentiality at all times.
