About The Position

LOGE Crystal Mountain Slopeside is seeking a Room Attendant to oversee the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and facilities. The role includes cleaning guest rooms and property spaces, handling laundry and in-room inventory, reporting repairs and logging lost-and-found items, and assisting guests with questions. The attendant should know property amenities, local recommendations, and area activities, and may perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on track when it gets busy.
Ability to keep things neat and organized, with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand written and verbal instructions in English.
Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 30 pounds without assistance.
Ability to push or pull objects weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance.
Ability to remain on feet for extended periods and stationary for up to one hour.
Ability to move about property spaces and push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach, and stretch for up to eight hours per day.

Responsibilities

Oversee the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and facilities.
Make beds and change linens.
Sweep, scrub, and mop floors.
Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
Wipe down and sanitize wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
Dust, clean, or polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
Empty and clean trash containers.
Pick up litter around the property.
Take in-room inventory and report product use and items guests have taken to purchase.
Report needed repairs.
Log all lost-and-found items.
Sort, wash, load, and unload dirty laundry; fold and put away clean laundry.
Assist guests and answer their questions.
Be familiar with property amenities, local recommendations, and activities in the area.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
