Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years’ housekeeping supervisory experience, hotel managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience preferred.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing to employees, internal and external associates and guests.
- Must be flexible to work any day and shift.
Responsibilities
- Manages and supervises the Housekeeping Department ensuring a commitment to cleanliness throughout our units, quality guest services and maintain inventory while working within our budget.
- Completes daily inspections of units, offices and public areas ensuring quality guest service standards and maintaining a safe environment for guest and hosts.
