About The Position
The Housekeeping Manager oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department at The Scarlet, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role leads housekeeping staff in maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming environment, while supporting guest satisfaction and exceptional service. The manager communicates room assignments and special requests, inspects guest rooms and public areas, coordinates status updates with other departments, follows up on guest complaints and requests, and assists with team training, coaching, and development.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of prior housekeeping experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Knowledge of scheduling and productivity.
- High school-level math skills.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
Responsibilities
