The Housekeeping Lead is responsible for inspecting assigned rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and good repair of furnishings, equipment, and linens. This role provides feedback to room attendants to improve efficiency and quality, ensures associates have proper supplies and equipment, and trains and enforces safety standards. The Lead also completes accident investigations, performs housekeeping duties, updates room statuses, and notifies maintenance of necessary repairs. Additionally, they monitor the overall cleanliness of the hotel, including exterior areas, and perform other assigned duties.
