About The Position

Blue Flame Management is hiring a Housekeeping Lead for the Hampton Inn Dupont. Blue Flame manages three hotels on the northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites North, which is a dual-property location. The role includes cleaning assigned rooms; assigning rooms to room attendants by shift and completing daily paperwork by shift end; inspecting rooms and common areas to ensure quality standards; supervising daily department operations and assigned personnel; assisting with inventory; and maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, practices, and safety standards. The employer notes that training is provided regardless of experience.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

High school diploma preferred.
Some knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean assigned rooms.
Assign rooms to room attendants by shift and finalize daily paperwork by the end of the shift.
Inspect rooms and common areas each day to ensure quality standards are met.
Supervise the day-to-day operation of the department and the work activities of assigned personnel.
Assist with inventory.
Maintain compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards.
