About The Position

Sanders Beach Rentals, a luxury property management company based in the 30-A area of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Inspector. The Inspector thoroughly checks assigned homes after each cleaning to ensure company cleanliness standards are consistently met. The role supports quality-control programs and efficient inspection operations, and requires a strong commitment to guest service and the company's standards. The Inspector reports to the Director of Housekeeping and works with other departments to meet housekeeping needs.

Requirements

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to work flexible hours and required weekends.
Ability to climb stairs frequently, both inside and outside, and lift up to 40 pounds.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

One year of housekeeping experience working in short-term rentals.

Responsibilities

Inspect properties to ensure they meet company standards.
Identify, correct, and report issues that do not meet company standards, including safety and maintenance concerns.
Assist housekeepers with cleaning properties to meet company standards.
Perform full or partial cleans when needed.
Assist linen attendants in ensuring linens meet company standards.
Provide a high level of customer service and build relationships with employees, guests, and homeowners.
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
