About The Position

The Housekeeping Houseperson supports the hotel housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness in public areas, delivering linens and supplies, and assisting with room resets and cleaning tasks. The role helps ensure guest rooms and common areas meet HVMG’s cleanliness standards. Daily work includes stocking housekeeping carts and delivering supplies to guest rooms. The position reports to the Executive Housekeeper; the posting also says the Houseperson may report to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Warm, professional demeanor, friendly personality, and positive attitude.
• A combination of education and experience.
