About The Position
The Housekeeping Houseperson is a member of the hotel’s Housekeeping team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property and supporting room attendants. The role includes keeping guest-floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas clean; stocking linen closets with amenities and supplies; removing soiled linens and trash from corridors and carts; and performing guestroom deep cleaning and preventative maintenance. The position emphasizes attentive, thoughtful service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR/First Aid Certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Housekeeping House Person Attendant experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to guest requests to support guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness of guest-floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas.
- Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants.
- Remove soiled linens and trash from guest-floor corridors and carts, including during peak occupancy periods.
- Perform deep cleaning activities in guestrooms.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
