About The Position

Crown Hotel & Travel Management, LLC is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant for Hampton by Hilton Sneads Ferry. The role involves cleaning guest rooms to established standards, maintaining room setup, reporting damage and missing or found items, and assisting with additional cleaning tasks. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

Be detail-oriented and thorough.
Be able to perform consistent work to the highest standards.
Be able to interact with guests in a pleasant, friendly manner.
Be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and frequently pull, push, and bend.
Be able to perform repetitive cleaning and folding movements for long periods.
Be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

Change bed linen daily.
Vacuum carpeting.
Dust furniture, including picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, and dressers.
Remove fingerprints and smudges from mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows, and other areas.
Thoroughly clean bathroom areas, including the shower stall, sink, floor, and toilet.
Ensure the standard room setup is followed.
Immediately report any damage found in a room.
Immediately report missing room items and personal guest items found in vacant rooms.
Immediately turn in lost-and-found items to the Executive Housekeeper.
Assist housekeepers with additional cleaning chores as assigned.
