About The Position

Hampton Inn/Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Housekeeper to help ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas and helps provide a welcoming environment for guests. The position is located at 1155 Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, Florida.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, with attention to detail.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, lift, and walk for extended periods; walk, stand, bend, carry, push, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work well with others and follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and tidy guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Keep the work cart stocked with room supplies, replace bed linens, and replenish guest room supplies.
• Obtain lists of vacant rooms needing immediate cleaning and prospective checkouts to prepare work assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
