About The Position

At Hilton Grand Vacations, the Housekeeper works in a positive, people-first environment focused on helping guests enjoy their vacations. The role prepares assigned units for guest arrivals, responds to guest requests, reports maintenance problems, and keeps carts, supplies, and equipment neat and orderly. The Housekeeper also assists management with linen and supply inventory and performs other duties or special projects assigned by housekeeping management. The role requires open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to complete an eight-hour shift involving walking and standing, with or without reasonable accommodation. The hourly rate is $17.85–$18.75, based on experience.

Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience.
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and walk; lift up to 50 pounds; and push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work an eight-hour shift walking and standing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Anticipates customer needs and considers how work impacts them.
• Builds confidence in self and others through honest and dependable interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all assigned units for guest arrival.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner.
• Report maintenance problems.
• Maintain clean carts and keep supplies and equipment neat and orderly.
• Assist management in maintaining linen and supply inventory.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by housekeeping management.
