About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Dessert Attendant to support preparation and presentation of dessert items according to recipe and in an efficient manner. The role includes maintaining proper inventory, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas; assisting management with tracking product expiration dates; and completing beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires standing for long periods, working at a quick pace, transporting objects up to 50 pounds, and working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present dessert items according to recipe and in an efficient manner.

• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
