Housekeeper - Desert Isle
About The Position
The Housekeeper prepares assigned units for guest arrivals and helps maintain a clean, orderly environment for guests. The role includes greeting guests, responding to their requests, reporting maintenance problems, keeping carts and supplies organized, and assisting management with linen and supply inventory. Other duties and special projects may be assigned by housekeeping management. The position requires previous hotel housekeeping experience, flexible availability including weekends and holidays, and the ability to meet the stated physical demands. The hourly rate is $17.85–$18.75, based on experience.
Requirements
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience.
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to bend, stoop, and walk; lift up to 50 pounds; and push or pull up to 100 pounds.
- Able to work an eight-hour shift walking or standing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Anticipates customer needs and considers how work impacts them.
- Builds confidence in self and others through honest and dependable interactions.
