About The Position
Gross Residential is hiring a Housekeeper for Evergreen Farms Apartments. The Housekeeper maintains common areas, business offices, recreation centers, and model suites, and prepares vacant suites for new tenants. The employee will also be trained to fill in as a Leasing Representative. Work does not involve occupied suites; personal protective equipment is provided on site.
Responsibilities
- Maintain common areas, business offices, recreation centers, and model suites.
- Prepare vacant suites for new tenants.
- Fill in as a Leasing Representative after training.
