About The Position

The Housekeeper cleans interior workspaces, including an office at the warehouse at Edna’s farm and public spaces at Boyd House and other buildings. When designated, the role also cleans residential spaces at Cox House and other ownership locations, as well as other residential spaces such as Sandy’s House. Duties include cleaning outdoor living spaces and, when relevant, detailing vehicles to company standards. The Housekeeper coordinates with the office manager to maintain adequate cleaning supplies and reports any breakages that occur during cleaning.

Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

Dust and clean surfaces using appropriate cleaning supplies.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors using appropriate cleaning materials and tools.
Scrub and sanitize toilets and sinks, and showers and bathtubs where relevant.
Empty trash cans.
Wash and fold laundry when necessary.
Clean windows.
Clean outdoor living spaces, including decks and patios.
Clean designated workspaces, public spaces, and residential spaces at the specified locations.
Coordinate with the office manager to ensure sufficient cleaning products are available.
Report breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
Detail vehicles when relevant, including cleaning exteriors and interiors to company standards; cleaning mirrors and polishing trim; vacuuming under floor mats and seats; wiping dashboards and other surfaces; cleaning cupholders; washing windows; cleaning door frames and instrument panels; and applying protective and restorative chemicals after surfaces are clean.
