About The Position

The Housekeeper performs cleaning and appearance-maintenance tasks for vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, and other amenities to support the property’s overall appeal. The role includes daily cleaning of offices, clubhouses, common-area restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant apartments, as well as freshening vacant homes and designated show units throughout the day. The Housekeeper also supports the make-ready process, reports hazards, and maintains cleaning-supply inventory. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on the property. The position requires flexibility, including evening, weekend, and holiday on-call work; the usual schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with some Saturdays.

Requirements

Hold a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
Be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
Be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
Be able to work a flexible schedule, including on-call availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by a supervisor.
Freshen vacant apartment homes and targeted show units throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
Assist with the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
Inform the appropriate supervisor of observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations involving residents, team members, guests, or others.
Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the appropriate supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
