About The Position

Performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, and other amenities, helping enhance and maintain the property’s appeal. The role may require travel to assist other properties or attend training classes, business meetings, or other activities necessary to fulfill its responsibilities. The usual schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with some Saturdays. Flexible hours are required, including taking call during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including taking call during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by a supervisor.
Freshen vacant apartment homes and targeted show units throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
Assist with the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, and/or Assistant Manager.
Inform the appropriate supervisor of observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations involving residents, team members, guests, or others.
Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the appropriate supervisor when a reorder is necessary.
