About The Position
TouchPoint Support Services is hiring full-time Housekeepers at Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. The Housekeeper performs light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly hospital environment, including cleaning rooms and halls, making beds, replenishing linens, and vacuuming. The position provides one-on-one, detail-oriented customer service and responds to guest requests and housekeeping issues. Training is available. The fixed pay rate is $16.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus; training is available.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service with one-on-one attention to detail.
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Wipe down glass surfaces.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Realign furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
- Respond to guest queries and requests.
- Respond to housekeeping calls, including issues such as spills and broken glasses.
- Contribute to team efforts and demonstrate professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
