About The Position
The Housekeeper performs daily housekeeping and laundry duties for The Village in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards and guidelines. The role helps maintain the community in a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive condition for residents, families, and team members. Duties follow a specific task list, and the position also involves building relationships with residents and their families and making a difference in residents’ lives. The listed full-time schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating weekends.
Requirements
- Complete a pre-hire health assessment and drug screen.
- Candidates must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily duties in the Housekeeping Department in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards and guidelines.
- Help keep the community clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive for residents, families, and team members.
- Complete day-to-day housekeeping and laundry duties according to an assigned task list.
- Build relationships with residents and their families.
