About The Position

AlmaVia of San Francisco is hiring a full-time Housekeeper to help maintain resident accommodations and shared spaces while providing excellent customer service to residents. The role is based in San Francisco, California, and pays $19.57–$23.25 per hour, depending on experience (DOE). Housekeepers maintain tidy community spaces, keep housekeeping carts and closets organized and stocked, maintain equipment, and occasionally assist with laundry services as needed. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of starting.
• An upbeat, fun, outgoing personality and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and providing the best experience for residents.
• CPR and First Aid training may be required under state or local guidelines.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen; additional screenings such as a physical, fingerprinting, and TB test may be required under state or local guidelines.
• May occasionally need to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is highly desired but not required.

Responsibilities
