About The Position

AlmaVia of San Francisco is hiring a full-time Housekeeper to help maintain clean, tidy, and welcoming resident accommodations and shared spaces. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service and care to residents, maintaining housekeeping supplies and equipment, and occasionally assisting with laundry services. The position pays $19.57–$23.25 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of start.
• Have an upbeat, fun, outgoing personality and a can-do attitude.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have a passion for customer service and providing residents with the best experience.
• Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Complete any other pre-employment screenings required by state or local guidelines, which may include a physical, fingerprinting, and TB test.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is highly desired but not required.
• CPR and First Aid training may be required under state or local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and care for resident accommodations and shared spaces.
• Assist with laundry services occasionally as needed.
• Keep housekeeping carts and closets neat, organized, and stocked.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
