HOUSEKEEPER - AMBULATORY SERVICES (PART TIME)
About The Position
Crothall Healthcare is hiring a part-time Housekeeper for ambulatory services at The Guthrie Clinics in Troy, Pennsylvania. The role performs specialized cleaning and disinfection in ambulatory healthcare facilities, including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; no weekends or holidays are required. Prior housekeeping experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. The pay range is $13.00 to $14.00 per hour. The position involves cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, floors, furniture, and fixtures; handling general and biohazardous waste; replenishing supplies; and maintaining cleaning equipment and storage areas. The housekeeper also operates alarm systems and performs other duties as assigned. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Requirements
- Prior housekeeping experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals.
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
- Clean reception glass and entrance windows.
- Move chairs, stools, waste, linen and biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for cleaning; realign items according to the recommended layout.
- Clean floors by sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming; perform carpet and upholstery spot cleaning.
- Collect and dispose of general trash and biohazardous waste; routinely clean waste containers.
- Replenish soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other supplies.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition.
- Arm and disarm alarm systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
