About The Position

Crothall Healthcare is hiring a part-time Housekeeper for ambulatory services at WellSpan Urgent Care in Lititz, Pennsylvania. The role performs specialized cleaning and disinfecting in ambulatory healthcare facilities, including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.; further details are provided during the interview. The fixed pay rate is $15.00 per hour. At least one year of housekeeping experience is required, and the employer is willing to train. No weekends are required, and extra hours are offered.

Requirements

• At least one year of housekeeping experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Clean reception glass and entrance windows.
• Move chairs, stools, waste, linen and biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for cleaning, then realign items according to the recommended layout.
• Clean floors by sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming; perform carpet and upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collect and dispose of general trash and biohazardous waste, and routinely clean their containers.
• Replenish soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition.
• Work with alarm systems to arm and disarm them.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
