About The Position
The Housekeeper is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards while cleaning resort property units and following MasterCorp’s mission statement and values. The role includes cleaning guest areas, reporting unit readiness and maintenance or inventory issues, supporting weekly guest services cleans, and helping maintain organized storage areas. Housekeepers attend training, help ensure a safe working environment, respond promptly to guest complaints, and work with urgency to turn units on time. Additional tasks may be assigned by MasterCorp management.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 pounds, with or without accommodation.
- Ability to make decisions.
- Planning and scheduling capabilities.
- Ability to read, write, and do basic math.
- Timeliness and promptness with assignments.

- Ability to work irregular hours.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- A passion for cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of excellence.
- Strip units of soiled linens.
- Remove trash from units.
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, decks, and other unit areas.
- Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
- Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
- Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
- Report missing inventory and supplies to the Supervisor.
- Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
- Attend training sessions and apply the training in practice.
- Help ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints promptly.
- Work with a high sense of urgency so units are turned on time.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp management.
