About The Position

Better Buzz Coffee Roasters is hiring a Barista to provide fast, friendly, genuine service and create a welcoming café experience. Baristas learn about and serve the company’s coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks, prepare items consistently according to recipe standards, and work across café positions, including preparing made-to-order food in the kitchen. The role involves maintaining clean and safe spaces, stocking station ingredients, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Candidates should be able to work at least 22 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The company describes its environment as fun, energetic, and team-oriented, and offers dedicated training and opportunities for growth and development. Base pay is $15.15 per hour, with tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour; tips vary and are not guaranteed.

Requirements
