About The Position
Better Buzz Coffee Roasters is hiring a Barista to deliver a fast, friendly, genuine guest experience in a high-energy, team-oriented café. Baristas learn about the company’s coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks; prepare beverages and food according to recipe standards; work across café positions, including preparing made-to-order food in the kitchen; and maintain clean, safe spaces for guests and teammates. The role requires availability for at least 22 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Base pay is $15.15 per hour, with tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour; tips vary and are not guaranteed. The posting advertises earnings of up to $19 per hour. Responsibilities
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
- Be knowledgeable about coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently according to recipe standards.
- Work across café positions, including preparing made-to-order food in the kitchen.
- Keep café spaces clean, safe, and ready for guests and teammates.
- Produce drink and food items to standard recipe specifications.
- Stock necessary ingredients according to each station’s needs.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.
