About The Position

FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston is hiring compassionate, dependable CNAs and experienced caregivers to provide quality one-on-one care to clients in private homes. Weekend opportunities are available primarily in Needham and Newton, with Saturday and Sunday availability and daytime shifts. Caregivers receive consistent client assignments, with flexible scheduling based on availability. Pay is $23 per hour for shifts of 7 hours or less and $21 per hour for shifts of 8 hours or more.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively in English.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and be eager to learn new skills.
• Be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation every day.
• Demonstrate a compassionate, supportive, and dependable attitude.
• Be willing to follow health and safety standards.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant caregiving experience.
• Take pride in providing high-quality care.
• Be available on Saturdays and Sundays; daytime shifts are available.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care is preferred.
