About The Position

The Housekeeper cleans guest rooms and hotel public areas to create a welcoming, comfortable environment for guests. The role includes routine housekeeping, deep cleaning, replenishing linens and supplies, maintaining housekeeping equipment, responding to guest requests, and following safe work practices.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and housekeeping equipment.
• Clean lobbies, hallways, restrooms, carpets, and furniture.
• Maintain and restock the housekeeping cart.
• Make beds with fresh linens and replenish guest-room supplies.
• Perform deep-cleaning tasks, including changing AC filters and painting.
• Respond to guest requests and deliver items with friendly service.
• Help monitor sensitive areas to support guest and property safety.
• Follow safe work practices.
