About The Position
The Housekeeper cleans and maintains guest rooms, equipment, lobbies, hallways, restrooms, carpets, and furniture to create a welcoming and spotless hotel environment. Duties include making beds, changing linens, restocking supplies, maintaining a properly stocked housekeeping cart, and completing deep-cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters and touching up paint. The role also involves responding to guest requests, delivering items, providing friendly customer service, and helping maintain a safe environment for guests, property, and coworkers. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Candidates should have strong attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Full-time hires become eligible for benefits after an initial waiting period.
