About The Position

The Housekeeper helps create a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, equipment, public spaces, and other hotel areas. The role includes routine housekeeping, deep-cleaning tasks, replenishing supplies, responding to guest requests, and following safe work practices.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and equipment.
• Clean lobbies, hallways, restrooms, carpets, furniture, and other public areas.
• Maintain a stocked housekeeping cart.
• Make beds with fresh linens and replenish guest-room supplies.
• Complete deep-cleaning tasks, including changing AC filters and painting as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and deliver items with friendly service.
• Monitor sensitive areas to help protect guests and property.
• Follow safe work practices.
