Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
- Keep the linen cart neat, well stocked, and organized.
- Report areas in guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC.
- Maintain the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies.
- Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
