About The Position

Concord Hospitality is hiring Housekeepers for SpringHill Suites in Pittsburgh South Side. The role is responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely, organized manner while following procedures and hotel standards. Housekeepers help maintain guest satisfaction through clean rooms and friendly, timely responses to guest requests. Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms promptly and in an organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Keep the linen cart neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Report areas in guest rooms that need attention, including fixtures, door locks, televisions, and HVAC.
• Maintain the security of assigned equipment, keys, and supplies.
• Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
