About The Position

The Housekeeper helps create a welcoming hotel experience by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, equipment, lobbies, hallways, restrooms, carpets, furniture, and other public spaces. The role includes making beds, replacing linens, restocking supplies, maintaining a prepared housekeeping cart, and completing deep-cleaning and upkeep tasks such as changing AC filters and painting. Housekeepers also assist guests by responding to requests and delivering items, provide friendly customer service, and follow safe work practices while helping protect guests and hotel property.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and housekeeping equipment.
• Clean lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public areas.
• Clean carpets and furniture.
• Prepare and maintain a stocked housekeeping cart.
• Make beds with fresh linens and restock guest-room supplies.
• Perform deep-cleaning and upkeep tasks, including changing AC filters and painting.
