About The Position

The Crescent Hotel Housekeeper helps create outstanding guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms are clean, prepared, and properly restocked. The role involves confirming a guestroom is vacant before entering, preparing it for cleaning, removing soiled linens and making beds with clean linens, thoroughly cleaning bathrooms according to procedures and guidelines, replenishing guestroom and bath supplies, and checking and securing the room before leaving.

Requirements

Prior cleaning experience.
Prior experience in a customer service position.
Ability to use a smartphone.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Confirm that each guestroom is vacant before entering and prepare it for cleaning.
Remove soiled linens and make beds with clean linens.
Clean bathrooms thoroughly in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
Replenish guestroom and bath supplies.
Double-check and secure the room before leaving.
