About The Position

The Housekeeper maintains a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment across private offices, public common areas, the general store, restrooms, accommodation units, and assigned campground areas. The role includes cleaning and preparing accommodation rooms and public areas to brand expectations and departmental standards, replenishing guest-room supplies, responding to requests, and helping resolve guest challenges in collaboration with guest services and property leadership. The Housekeeper also handles laundry, follows health, safety, quality, and security procedures, and reports room conditions and status to the housekeeping supervisor and guest services.

Requirements

Basic understanding of the English language.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Clean and style accommodation rooms and public areas efficiently, to brand expectations, with attention to detail and within time standards.
Refresh and replenish guest rooms with amenities, supplies, linens, and applicable collateral.
Complete requests in a timely manner and in order of priority.
Take ownership of guest challenges and work collaboratively with the guest services team and property leadership to resolve them.
Complete appropriate forms and turn in items left by guests to the housekeeping supervisor.
Adhere to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Wash, dry, and fold laundry as required.
Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, including scrubbing basins, tubs, toilets, and floors, using appropriate chemical solutions and protective equipment in accordance with industry standards and company policy.
Sign out and sign in master room keys daily.
Report room condition and status to the housekeeping supervisor and guest services.
Retrieve, stock, restock, and store the housekeeping cart according to prescribed safety and security procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of all assigned campground areas.
