About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at Crestone in Olathe, Kansas. The role provides housekeeping services that make residents’ living areas comfortable, clean, and cozy, and keeps shared spaces—including the lobby and employee break room—tidy and organized. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $17 to $22.75 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push or pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health must be verified by a physician’s health screening no more than six months before or seven days after employment; must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of screening.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Provide housekeeping services for residents’ living areas.
Keep shared areas, including the lobby and employee break room, tidy and clean, with items in their proper places.
Frequently lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds and push or pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
