About The Position

Housekeeping is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Camp-Resort’s cleanliness, maintaining brand standards, and exceeding guest expectations in rental units and public areas. This is a guest-facing position with frequent interaction with guests during their stay. The role requires attention to detail in cabins and throughout public areas. It is a seasonal, full-time or part-time position that reports to the housekeeping supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
• Current First Aid/CPR and AED certifications, or willingness to obtain them upon hire.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional guest relations skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA safety training or certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Regularly clean, organize, sanitize, and maintain all areas of the property.
• Support guest experience and satisfaction.
• Conduct quality audits of facilities and rental units and address deficiencies immediately.
• Inventory supplies.
• Communicate with the front office and other departments about which units are ready for guests.
• Assist with onsite laundry operations.
• Complete bathroom cleaning logs and upload them to Dropbox each week.
• Audit rental units for correct items and quantities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local agencies that regulate resort operations.
