About The Position

Encore Senior Living is hiring a reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and kind Housekeeper who enjoys working with seniors and has a passion for cleanliness. The role contributes to a warm, caring, home-like community and supports residents’ independence, happiness, privacy, and dignity through excellent service. The position is part-time and scheduled every other weekend only. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and kind.
• Passion for cleanliness and a love for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, energetic, and people-oriented, with the ability to project calm, care, and professionalism in work-related situations.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain clean and welcoming surroundings for residents and their families.
• Provide excellent service in a warm, caring, and home-like senior living community.
• Contribute to residents’ daily quality of life and support their independence, happiness, privacy, and dignity.
