About The Position

Brookdale Hagerstown is hiring a Server to provide food service to senior residents and guests. The role involves taking and delivering orders promptly, following company standards, and helping ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals. Servers work with kitchen staff and assist with bussing and resetting tables, removing dishes, disposing of trash, restocking inventory, and completing assigned side work. Every-other-weekend availability is required. No late nights are advertised, and flexible scheduling and PRN shifts are available. A Weekend Manager on Duty supports staff.
