RN/LPN Every Other Weekend
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse at Trailpoint Village, working every other weekend, you will develop meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. Nurses use their skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and provide fulfilling, high-quality care. The role calls for supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication to help create a respectful, positive, and coordinated care environment. Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities
- Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Promote teamwork within the care team to meet and exceed residents’ needs.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
- Work toward the shared goal of excellent resident care.
- Support a respectful and positive work environment.
- Manage medications proficiently.
- Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values when interacting with residents, family members, customers, and staff.
